The E-Max Dura-seal trailer wiring system is designed and manufactured in Australia for local and global markets to meet the needs for Trailers & Tankers which transport flammable, corrosive, volatile and other dangerous goods.
The E-Max research and development team have looked at all electrical & environmental demands when developing the Dura-seal system and introduced a product which surpasses other Trailer Wiring Harness systems on the market.

Some of the features of the E-Max Dura-seal wiring system include:

-Oversized ground (earth) circuit - This allows for more circuits to operate at the same time without overheating the wiring and placing unnecessary electrical strain. This is especially important when running Beacon lights, work-lamps, clearance lights and high current auxiliary devices at the same time.

-Junction Boxes eliminated - Junction Boxes are known to be unreliable overtime with problems such as lamp circuits becoming dull, increased danger to flammable liquid explosions/fires and impairing equipment performance which use multiplex data communication to name a few. Junction Boxes (even high quality) trap water and dirt which cause corrosion to wire and connection terminals.

-The NBR sheathing and connection glands used on the Duraseal system are flameproof, self extinguishing and resistant to all flammable and corrosive chemicals. Dura-Seal meets all the appropriate standards for the carriage of dangerous goods, from fuel & gas tankers to general transport.

-Environmentally sealed connectors - All dropout connectors in the Dura-seal are either Superseal or Weatherpack and the matching ends on the trailer are also environmentally sealed with non-split conduit and (most importantly) dual wall adhesive heat-shrink tubing.

-Custom made to suit your trailer. Can be installed onto a new trailer or retro-fitted to an existing trailer.

-Suitable for all kinds of Trailers, both dangerous and non-dangerous goods transport, Tankers and Dolly trailers.

As well as measure, design, quote, manufacture and installation, We can also supply & install all necessary lights including Work-lamps and Beacons from brands such as Hella, Ziel, Narva and others.

E-Max Dura-seal products are covered by a 5 year warranty with all supplied lampware covered by the respective manufacturers’ warranties.
